Defendant-appellant Placerton, Inc. is a California corporation engaged in the cattle and agriculture business and authorized to do business in Idaho. Defendant-appellant Charles W. Beeler is secretary and chairman of the Board of Directors of Placerton, Inc. Appellants appeal from a judgment for EIPCA on six promissory notes executed by Placerton and co-signed by Beeler.
